We were both raised with the mindset that if you work hard and stay loyal, anything you want can be accomplished.

 

For years, Yolanda, her husband Victor, and I have wanted to begin something that we can leave as a legacy for our children and grandchildren. Something they will be proud to say they are a part of, and will carry on for generations. Yolo's Authentic Mexican is exactly that. 

 

Being taught by her mom, Mamá Chavez and Asuncion, her "2nd mom," Yolanda takes pride in keeping with tradition through the food she cooks providing the authentic taste of Mexico.
